選擇好的鋁板制件原料:通常生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中的高純鋁鋁鎂鋁錳合金經(jīng)過(guò)陽(yáng)極氧化以后，其染色的功能是好的，可以染成各種各樣的顏色。對(duì)于含硅或銅比較重的板材，在染色的過(guò)程中只能夠染成深色與黑色，比較單調(diào)的顏色。

控制好氧化膜的厚度:氧化膜就是指鋁板膜層的厚度孔隙率透明度等。鋁板中膜層的厚度保持在10um以上就可以了，孔隙率以及透明度，可以得到好的染色質(zhì)量。

把握好染色液的濃度:鋁板的濃度與染色之間有著聯(lián)系，如果鋁板染淡色，其中濃度可以低一點(diǎn)，染深色其濃度可以高一點(diǎn)。通常所生產(chǎn)的鋁板材料所染比較淡的顏色其色彩為0。1-0。39g/L，染淡色彩為1g/L，染深色彩為3-5g/L，染稠密的色彩為10-15g/L，如果染色的濃度比較高就會(huì)造成顏色不均或出現(xiàn)浮色現(xiàn)象，在清潔與關(guān)閉的過(guò)程中容易出現(xiàn)“流色”。為了加強(qiáng)染色的吸附性，會(huì)使用低濃度顏色進(jìn)行延伸染色，這樣可以使染料分子比較均勻的滲透到氧化膜孔隙的深處，這樣可以使所染的顏色更加和諧與牢固。

If the dyeing concentration is relatively high, it will cause uneven color or floating color phenomenon, which is easy to occur during the cleaning and closing process. In order to enhance the adsorption of dyeing, low concentration colors are used for extended dyeing, which can allow dye molecules to penetrate more evenly into the deep pores of the oxide film, making the dyed color more harmonious and firm.

控制好染色液溫度:鋁板的染色分為冷染與熱染。使用冷染，在生產(chǎn)的過(guò)程中使用的時(shí)間比較長(zhǎng)，所染色彩均勻性比較好掌握。熱染使用的時(shí)間比較短，但是對(duì)顏色的操控比較難。熱染的溫度在通常在40-60℃。如果溫度過(guò)高，會(huì)減小染色的吸附性，并且容易導(dǎo)致鋁板的表面發(fā)花。

Control the temperature of the dyeing solution: The dyeing of aluminum plates is divided into cold dyeing and hot dyeing. Cold dyeing is used for a relatively long time during the production process, and the uniformity of the dyed color is easy to control. The use time of hot dyeing is relatively short, but it is difficult to control the color. The temperature of hot dyeing is usually between 40-60 ℃. If the temperature is too high, it will reduce the adsorption of dyeing and easily cause the surface of the aluminum plate to flower.
